Thank you for considering Curra's Grill as your potential employer. Our goal at Curra's is to provide our customers with a quality of service that will insure a profitable livelihood for our Company and our Employees. To reach this goal, the management and staff must work together with a clear understanding of the expectations the company has for each and every employee. Let's not waste your time or ours during this application process. Before applying for a position, please consider the following Company Policies:

  1. Each employee must have reliable transportation.
  2. Each employee must have a "working telephone number".
  3. No visible tattoos are permitted.  A patch must cover any visible tattoos.
  4. With the exception of a short moustache (#1 blade), no facial hair.
  5. No facial piercings (females allowed single studded earlobes only).
  6. No smoke breaks.
  7. No cell phone use during the shift.
  8. Employees must be available to work weekends, including Sundays and holidays.
  9. Work a permanent schedule and negotiate your days off with your co-workers.  Vacation could be requested 2 weeks in advance.
  10. Show up to work, in uniform, cleanly shaved, well groomed and at the scheduled time.
  11. Adhere to our parking policy.
